так ты им напиши, что у тебя в service info статус Bootloader with Unlock Allowed:NO, в письме напиши свой imei \ SN

Я так и написал,но повторил ещё раз.
И ещё раз получил тотже ответ. Похоже на то что нехочет заморочиваться.

Но позвонил своему оператору,и он соглосилься отблокировать.

Непрошло и 3 месецов, как получил ответ от SONY

Thank you for contacting us! We are sorry to say that the flag that enables/disables bootloader unlock is set at the factory according to the operator’s preferences. Once this flag has been set, we are not able change it. Therefore, if a device states "Bootloader unlock allowed = NO" we are not able to unlock it.

As a final attempt, we recommend checking whether or not “My Xperia Theft Protection” (MXTP) is enabled. Having this feature enabled can change the bootloader status to No. You can try to disable this feature if activated, reboot the phone, and see if the status has changed to Yes. так получается что ты отключил "find my phone" и статус поменялся?
